Remote PLC is a software application designed for real-time monitoring and control of the CLICK and CLICK PLUS Programmable Control product lines from Automationdirect.com. Implementation requires a CLICK PLC equipped with Ethernet or Bluetooth connectivity to ensure proper functionality.

The application provides a streamlined interface for connecting to a PLC, allowing users to view and modify register values, as well as access project information, including error logs. This facilitates quick diagnostics and adjustments in operational settings.

Key features include:

• Support for multiple user accounts with varying permission levels, enabling authorized personnel to view or edit Monitor Windows based on their roles configured in the project file.
• The ability to create and store custom Monitor Windows via CLICK Programming software version 3.60 or later, with access controls based on user permissions.
• Functionality to monitor and modify selected discrete and integer values within the PLC, along with real-time viewing and editing of Timer and Counter parameters.
• Status reporting features such as PLC type identification, error logging, scan time metrics (minimum and maximum), and detailed project file information.

System requirements include:

• Compatibility with all current CLICK and CLICK PLUS PLCs supporting Ethernet or Bluetooth communication.
• PLC firmware version 3.60 or higher must be installed.
